## 1. Permission grant

Subject to every condition in this license, permission is granted, free of
charge, to use, copy, modify, publish, deploy, distribute, sublicense, and sell
copies of this software and its original assets, including for commercial
purposes.

## 2. Required original attribution

Every copy, substantial portion, modified version, public deployment, and
redistribution must preserve the following attribution exactly:

The attribution must remain clearly readable in the user interface or in a
dedicated About, Credits, or License surface reachable through no more than one
ordinary user action. It may be restyled or relocated, but it must not be
hidden, obscured, made misleading, or presented materially less prominently
than other authorship credits.

Source distributions must retain this license, the original copyright notice,
the attribution manifest, and all notices marked as original-author notices.

## 3. Modified works and truthful authorship

Modified works may identify their maintainers and authors of new contributions.
They must not state or imply that the original NHAN/OS work was created by
someone other than Nhan Le. Materially modified distributions must describe
themselves as a modification, derivative, adaptation, or fork of NHAN/OS.

Attribution checks, manifests, integrity identifiers, copyright banners, and
equivalent notices may be adapted only as necessary to preserve or strengthen
the attribution required by Section 2. They may not be removed, disabled, or
altered to conceal the original authorship.

## 4. Personal identity and endorsement

This license does not grant permission to impersonate Nhan Le or to imply his
endorsement of a modified work. Except for the required attribution, a
deployment maintained by another person must replace personal biography,
contact, account, and employment information that would otherwise represent
the deployment as Nhan Le's own website.

No trademark rights, publicity rights, or rights to use Nhan Le's name as a
brand or endorsement are granted beyond truthful attribution under this
license.

## 5. Third-party material

This license applies only to code and assets for which Nhan Le owns the
applicable rights. Third-party software, fonts, libraries, and other materials
remain governed by their own licenses. See `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md`.

## 6. Termination

The permission granted by this license terminates automatically upon a breach.
It is reinstated when the breach is fully cured within 30 days after the
licensee becomes aware of it, unless the copyright holder has already provided
written notice that reinstatement is denied because of repeated or intentional
misattribution.
